The Role
We are looking for individuals with a passion for sales and legal technology to join our team on a commission basis to expand our presence in Europe and the United States. This role is critical in driving sales, building client relationships, and promoting our innovative legal tech platform.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Identify high-potential clients and growth opportunities.
- Close deals that drive value for clients, PONS, and for you.
- Pitch PONS’ products and services, turning complex tech concepts into clear client benefits.
- Collaborate with tech and legal teams to master our product.
- Represent PONS at industry events and conferences to boost our brand and network.
- Deliver sales updates and insights using Microsoft CRM tools.
Preferred Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Marketing, Law, or a related field.
- Proven success in sales, ideally in legal tech or a related industry.
- Outstanding communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to thrive independently and in a team setting.
- Sharp analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Fluency in English and your local market language. Additional languages are an asset.
- Knowledge of legal processes or the legal industry is a bonus.
Preferred Skills:
- Knowledge of AI and legal technology trends.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
