The Role
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Consultant to join our team and expand our presence in Europe. This role is critical in driving sales, building relationships with clients, and promoting our innovative legal platform. If you are an ambitious, hard-working professional with a passion for sales and legal technology, we want you on our team!
Responsibilities and Tasks:
- Craft, present and execute effective sales plans to achieve targets in the European market.
- Maintain and tailor our CRM systems for our array of clientell groups.
- Identify potential clients and growth opportunities through market analysis and research.
- Present and demonstrate PONS' products and services, translating complex technical concepts into clear benefits for clients.
- Work closely with internal tech and legal teams to ensure full product understanding.
- Attend industry events and conferences to promote PONS and expand your professional network.
- Provide regular sales reports and insights to the management team using Microsoft 365 tools.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven track record of successful sales experience in the legal tech industry or related field.
- Strong understanding of the European market and business culture.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in English and another European language (German or French preferred).
- Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail.
- Familiarity with legal processes and the legal industry is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Knowledge of AI and legal technology trends.
- Ability to travel within Europe as needed.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment.
- Additional European languages are highly valued.
