The Role

We’re seeking a Junior Full-Stack Engineer to contribute to the development of our dispute resolution platform. If you’re a motivated coder with foundational skills in Python and TypeScript, eager to learn, and ready to tackle dynamic challenges, this role is for you.

Responsibilities and Tasks

• Full-Stack Development: Build and maintain web applications using Python and TypeScript.
• Feature Implementation: Develop user-facing features and backend logic for platform tools.
• Cloud Support: Assist in deploying applications on GCP/Azure, ensuring reliability and scalability.
• AI Integration: Support integration of AI tools (e.g., LLMs) with PONS Application.
• API Assistance: Help design and test APIs for seamless service integration.
• Collaboration: Work with engineers, designers, and product teams to deliver quality solutions.
• Code Quality: Follow best practices, participate in code reviews, and support CI/CD pipelines.
• Learning: Stay updated on industry trends and apply new skills to improve platform features.

Required Qualifications

• Education: Bachelor’s in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Experience:
• 1-2 years in web development with Python and TypeScript/JavaScript.
• Basic knowledge of cloud platforms (GCP or Azure).
• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases.
• Exposure to AI or machine learning concepts.
• Strong problem-solving and eagerness to learn.
• Skills:
• Understanding of software development basics.
• Good communication and teamwork in a fast-paced setting.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality.

Preferred Skills
