The Role
We’re seeking a Growth Manager Europe to drive PONS’ market expansion, focusing on acquiring law firm clients and advice seekers. If you’re a strategic, results-oriented professional with a knack for partnerships and growth in the European legal market, this role is for you.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- Market Expansion: Develop and execute strategies to grow PONS’ user base across European jurisdictions.
- Client Acquisition: Identify and onboard law firms.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with legal associations, bar councils, and tech partners to enhance PONS’ visibility and credibility.
- Marketing Campaigns: Oversee localized marketing efforts (e.g., webinars, content) to promote PONS Website and Application features.
- Analytics and Reporting: Track growth metrics; provide insights to align with financial forecasts.
- Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to refine features based on market feedback.
- Compliance: Ensure growth strategies align with European legal and data privacy regulations (e.g., GDPR).
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or legal background a plus.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in growth, sales, or business development, ideally in SaaS or legal tech.
- Proven track record of acquiring B2B clients in Europe.
- Familiarity with legal services or dispute resolution markets.
- Strong analytical skills for growth metrics and forecasting.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
- Strong communication for cross-functional and multilingual teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, start-up environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience scaling SaaS platforms in European legal markets.
- Knowledge of GDPR and legal tech compliance.
- Familiarity with AI-driven platforms or dispute resolution workflows.
- Existing network in European legal or tech ecosystems.
- Proficiency in multiple European languages.
