The Role
We’re seeking a GTM Manager US to lead our market entry and growth in the United States, focusing on acquiring law firm clients. If you’re a result-driven professional with expertise in SaaS go-to-market strategies and the US legal market, this role is for you.
Responsibilities and Tasks
- GTM Strategy: Develop and execute go-to-market plans to drive PONS’ adoption by US law firms.
- Client Acquisition: Secure multi-seat law firm contracts; optimize onboarding speed.
- Market Analysis: Identify key US legal markets and segments.
- Partnerships: Build relationships with US bar associations, legal tech hubs, and industry partners to boost PONS’ credibility.
- Marketing Execution: Lead localized campaigns.
- Metrics Tracking: Monitor MRR, CAC, and onboarding metrics; contribute to financial forecasts for investor updates.
- Collaboration: Work with product and engineering teams to refine features based on US market feedback.
Required Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor’s in Business, Marketing, or related field; MBA or legal background a plus.
- Experience:
- 3+ years in go-to-market, sales, or business development for SaaS or legal tech in the US.
- Proven success in B2B client acquisition, ideally with law firms.
- Knowledge of US legal or dispute resolution markets.
- Strong analytical skills for growth metrics and forecasting.
- Skills:
- Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management.
- Strong communication for cross-functional teams.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced start-up environment.
Preferred Skills
- Experience scaling SaaS platforms in the US legal sector.
- Familiarity with US legal compliance.
- Understanding of AI-driven tools or dispute resolution workflows.
- Network in US legal or tech ecosystems.
- Experience with CRM tools for client tracking.
